Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Custom or personalized designs (e.g., special sizes or name prints) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Return Process:
Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely in the original box or a similar protective package.
Ship it back through your preferred courier (TCS, Leopard, PostEx, etc.) to the address we provide.
We recommend a trackable service; we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.
For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are treated as a return + new order.
Place a new order for the desired item after your return is approved.
