1. Orders & Acceptance:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
2. Pricing & Payment:
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and selected digital wallets.
Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways; we do not store your card details.
3. Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Cancellations:
Before Dispatch:
Orders paid by credit/debit card may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before dispatch will incur a processing fee of 3 % or a minimum of Rs. 150 to cover payment-gateway charges.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
If delivery is refused or the parcel is returned because the recipient was not available, the customer is responsible for two-way shipping costs and any applicable payment-gateway fees.
For prepaid orders, these charges will be deducted from the refund.
5. Returns & Refunds:
Returns are accepted under the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for card payments are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property:
All site content—including images, text, and designs—is the property of [Your Store Name] and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
